Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your SmartPlanner account and what happens to app data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open SmartPlanner and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion dialog. If prompted, enter your password or re-authenticate with your sign-in provider.
  5. Type DELETE in capital letters in the confirmation field, then confirm permanent deletion.

If You Cannot Delete Your Account in the App

Use the developer contact listed on the App Store or Google Play listing. Send the request from the email address linked to your SmartPlanner account and use the subject line SmartPlanner account deletion.
